Thanks for taking the time to visit my just giving page.

So sadly Paul left me, our family & friends 69 months ago & it’s been a while since I’ve tried to raise some money for MNDA. Like a lot of us I’ve become some what stagnant during lockdown , the pounds  are going on - so to give me the inspiration to get myself moving I thought I’d do something that I knew would motivate me 100% so I’m doing this for me & my gorgeous much missed & loved husband Paul.

My goal is to walk 300,000 steps in January
